Permanent Marker
I went to the petting zoo with a girlfriend. We frolicked around in our flip flops and feed all the animals at Living Treasures (I highly recommend going if you don't have anything else better to do. It's quite amusing for real). Anyways, on our way home we decided we were going to go have a drink and watch the rest of the Steelers game. So, she stopped at her house to change her shoes. We were both sitting on her steps while she took off her flip flops and slipped on a pair of boots. All of the sudden, she whips out this marker and starts coloring in her boot. And I quote, "I love permanent markers. They can fix any pair of black shoes," she said. This is something I never even thought of before. Sure it seems simple, but it would have never crossed my mind. Instead of spending money on shoe shine or whatever you fix shoe scuffs with, why not just color it in with a permanent marker? I'm telling you, you couldn't even tell the difference. Seemed like a neat trick to me.

Who knows what you'll find here
Tricks for everyday life. I mean this could be anything, right? I want to bring up topics that might help you out in your everyday life. It may deal with health, hygiene, or hell, heating pads for pete's sake. It may be common sense, or it may be something you've never thought of before. It may be directed towards the girls, or some things may be for the guys. Either way, I'll try to make it interesting along the way here.
P.S. If you have a problem of some sort, post it. Maybe I (or we) can come up with a trick that could make your everyday life a little easier.

What I Love

I have a bunny. His name is Bunny. I can remember when my mom took me over to her friend's neighbor's to look for a pet when I was younger. The first time I held him my mom said I looked up to her with the biggest eyes asking if we could keep it. He fit in the palm of my hand perfectly (keep in mind I was about 10 years old) and he had the softest fur I ever felt. He was the cutest thing I ever saw. I know what you're thinking...a bunny. Right. But he was the sweetest pet ever! First off, we litter box trained him so he ran around the house doing whatever he wanted, as long as he didn't chew on too much. And believe it or not, his favorite foods were bananas, popsicles, and the candy PEZ. Here's a picture of him at Christmas time.
